Is your school compliant for Term-Time Only (TTO) annual leave?
Schools are now responsible for recalculating and awarding backpay for current and past TTO Support Staff in accordance with the 2019 NJC Green Book Revision.
The longer you leave the recalculation, the more backpay you may be liable for.

Our approach:
What is the 2019 NJC Green Book revision?
Following intervention from GMB in 2019, The National Joint Council (NJC) put out a new advisory model for recalculating Term-Time Only employee annual leave entitlement.
Where the recalculation model used by Local Authorities and Academy Trusts is less favourable than the NJC’s advisory model, the Green Book revision prescribes that the more favourable model is adopted.
How does this impact annual leave calculations?
The changes mean that annual leave entitlement may have been historically calculated incorrectly, and now needs rectifying in line with the more favourable calculation method mentioned above.
It is the responsibility of individual schools, and their local authority / trust to rectify this issue.
This impacts most schools across the UK.
