At the outset of your contract, we will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your school’s unique environment, past challenges, and any current HR concerns. Our goal is to assist in managing HR issues proactively while helping you identify and implement improvements based on lessons learned. 

Certain bundles are priced on an ongoing basis (details below), while others are billed hourly, depending on the level of support required. This flexible approach ensures optimal value for our clients.

All ongoing contracts are offered on a 12-month basis, with review and renewal dates clearly outlined in the Service Level Agreement.

HR Advice and Guidance

Our HR Advice and Guidance bundle provides clients with expert support for routine HR matters, including:

  • Capability and performance management
  • Disciplinary processes
  • Grievances
  • Resignations
  • Safeguarding
  • Sickness management
  • Terms and conditions enquiries (e.g., maternity/paternity)

This bundle includes access to a dedicated helpline for prompt assistance with any HR queries. Our qualified team will triage your enquiry and strive to provide tailored advice within 8 working hours. The helpline is available Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays) from 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.

We also offer template letters for formal procedures and will schedule reminders for any hearings you hold, ensuring timely support when it’s needed most.

Pricing

Up to 39 employees:
  •  £2,500 plus VAT


Up to 59 employees:
  •  £3,500 plus VAT


Up to 79 employees:
  •  £4,600 plus VAT


Up to 100 employees:
  • £5,700 plus VAT


For on-site or Teams support during formal hearings or other specific situations, additional costs will be quoted separately outside of the bundle rates listed above
