HR&OD Payroll Solutions understand that schools need to feel supported by their payroll provider whilst also having autonomy. Our dedicated team will be there to support you with the transition from your current provider, as well as providing short training sessions on using the IRIS system.
You will be able to have full access to your payroll system to enter starters, leavers and variations to contract as well as additional hours and staff details changes. Access to the system can be given to authorised users and can be broken down into relevant accessible areas depending on the requirements of each individual client.

- £5.00 plus VAT per payslip (fixed for 2 years if a 2-year contract is agreed)
- £1.00 per production of P45 and relevant documentation
- A dedicated onboarding pack with all the relevant information required
- Comprehensive Service Level Agreement
- HMRC liabilities reporting
- Local Government Pensions Scheme (IConnect) and Teachers Pension Services within the agreed timeframe to the relevant parties
- 90 days notice period for cancellation to be given by either party
- Regular invoicing from HR&OD Business Solutions Finance team, with payment taken by direct debit, usually on the 21st of each month
